It may seem hard to believe, but Baryn Futa has not always possessed a deep appreciation for the arts. In fact, most of his life was spent outside of the art world, until was sparked to understand the importance of art during his retirement, when he took a job with the Denver Art Museum. The knowledge he gained there transformed him into a major art supporter and patron. While his deep attraction to the art world may have been surprising, it made him happy and gave him purpose. Ever since then, he has developed a great appreciation for what the fine arts mean to any culture.
While at the DAM, Baryn Futa fully embraced his newfound love of art and cultivated it by attending art fairs and museum exhibitions and taking art classes. He also started his own art collection, which has grown to be very extensive and impressive. These days, Baryn Futa is trying to change everything. He believes that art is too often taken for granted and not appreciated as a priority, so he has made it his life’s work to support brilliant artists, who should be appreciated enough to thrive.
